Forgot Password

If ivy Security System is used, on Login page, you will see a Forgot my password link.

To reset your password, click on Forgot my password and you will be navigated to below page.

Input your registered email address and click on Send button. If successful, an email with a link will be sent to this email address. By clicking on this link, you will be navigated to below page.

Input new password and password confirmation then click on Continue button. If successful, below page will be displayed.

Click on Back To Login Page button and log in again with your account.
